Shipping policy

Our nominated last mile delivery partner in U.A.E is iMile Delivery Services.

Delivery within U.A.E will be within 2 working days of you placing the order for items that we have stock or are our standard items.
For items, which require customization (logo printing/engraving, etc.) delivery will be within 7-14 working days of you placing the order

If we do have a problem with your order, one of our customer care representatives will call or email you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative product.

Our acknowledgment of order acceptance online, via email or in-store will not be a guarantee of delivery or availability.
